Although Ovation Home Services makes every effort to report in as much detail as possible, we will not be held liable for items that were missed during the property report resulting in damage or other destruction. Please do not rely solely on the property report as a source of maintenance issues or ongoing damage. Ovation Home Services will report on noticeable damage but does not make claims as to the cause of or remedy for such damage. If damage is noted on a property report it is up to the landlord or their agent to have proper inspections done by licensed service professionals.

 

 

Ovation Home Services' Property Report service does not replace a home inspection by a licensed home inspector. 

Property reports are intended for use by landlords and similar agencies to document the condition of a home at one specific point in time. 

Light cleaning is a supplemental cleaning service and is defined as sweeping or vacuuming all floors in a home, wiping down high-touch surfaces as needed (for example: kitchen countertops, bathroom countertops, door knobs, fire place mantels, or other similar features.) If cleaning is needed for items other than what is listed above please contact our team directly at service@ovationhsnc.com before submitting the order. 

Leftovers removal is a supplemental junk removal service. The total weight of one or all objects being removed from the service property shall not exceed 40lbs. Ovation Home Services will not remove substances deemed to be, in their opinion, hazardous to the health or safety of the person. If junk removal is needed for items over 40lbs please contact our team directly at service@ovationhsnc.com before submitting the order. 

Cancellation Policy: 

If an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of appointment date, no fee shall be incurred by the client. The amount paid upon ordering will be refunded to the client within 10 business days of the cancellation. 

If an appointment is cancelled fewer than 24 hours in advance of appointment date, a cancellation fee of $45.00 will be incurred by the client.
